No Planning Permission Required

We have partnered with a specialist legal team who focus on mobile home Certificates of Lawfulness. We will take care of all the drawings and application required to secure the certificate that entitles you to a mobile home, up to 20m x 6m on your property, without the need for planning permission.

What constitutes for siting a mobile home in your garden without planning permission?

It must be lawfully a caravan.
It must be wholly located in the curtilage of your garden
It must be incidental use to the main dwelling, ie the resident of the mobile home would have free access to use the main home in the same way a family member would, if they were staying in a spare bedroom. It can not be set up as a separate dwelling or initially intended to be an Airbnb for example
